Yorkshire Sculpture Park

We escaped the smoke to travel south west to YSP. The outside was rather challenging for a manual wheelchair and a very helpful man pushed Richard back up the slope for me. 

We needed up staying close to the visitor centre and galleries. Although I did manage a short excursion outside to see this head complete with crystals developing in the cracks and holes of the supposedly unearthed sculpture.

The extra shows some of the features which caught my eye.

We then popped into Naylors plant pots which sell good quality seconds. Came away with two glazed pots to plant up some bulbs. Can’t believe how cheap they were compared to our local garden centres.
