latticed heath

Early rise because Rowan had an early start. I used the time to go for a wander in Nordbahnhof Park. There are lots of wild flowers but not all that many insects. It was nice to spot this latticed heath which was quite compliant and allowed me to take a photo with the wee camera. As always there was some excellent graffiti (see extra). Although the fabulous mural that I had added to my to blip list last week was already gone. Street art doesn't last long.

On the way home I spotted a phone rescue. Somebody dropped their mobile phone into the track bed of the S Bahn. Some helpful railway people with a grabber picked up the phone just before the next train came in.
