A day in the life

Gorgeous day, and quite relaxed too. I've got a "sound-job" this week that demands some preparation. On Wednesday and Friday there is a concert with the cabaré-ensemble based around the music of Tom Weits. The orchestra has two concerts in Borgholm, a bit north from here, a reprise on last years concert that was totally sold out and people queuing for tickets. They promised to be back this year and now they are doing two concerts so that all will have a chance to see and hear the spectacle.
I haven't worked with that kind of mixer since last year and has renewed my knowledge via youtube.

The woodpile also needed some work, there's yet a lot left to be chopped up and piled. A friend of mine, a professional sound technician, is selling a lot of his private equipment for bargain prices, of course I had to spend some of my money on gear that will come in handy sometime, or not. Anyway, it was cheap.

During my morning toothbrushing outside I took a photo of  the Geranium exhibition by my entrance, they've done really well this year and they will probably be where they are for another month, hopefully. That was the foto of the day.
