Minimal
I keep a red acrylic tumbler and a piece of card in my conservatory to catch and then free wasps and bees that inadvertently fly in the open door then struggle to find their way back out.
Today it was a butterfly and l took a quick shot before l returned it to freedom.
Needed to but added a vignette around the image so it could qualify as mono.
Bridget, Alison and Di came round this afternoon . We did half of the village festival scarecrow trail around the village and went off piste a little so l could show them the community orchard, lots of apples, pears, plums and damsons ready to pick if you wanted to help yourself. I will go back later in the week, first for some fruit and to finish the trail on my own..
Then back to mine. I had made potato salad, a fruity coleslaw, freekah with roast vegetables salad, carrot, apple and celery salad with walnuts and a beetroot and orange salad . Di brought sourdough bread, Bridge brought a selection of french cheeses and Alison made a dessert with rhubarb, marscarpone and crushed stem ginger biscuits. So we ended up with a veritable feast.
