Frustrating Day

I went over to J’s to help her take her unwanted items to the Salvation Army depot in town. I had also filled two boxes from home. When we arrived in the car park there was a large notice saying “No Donations” so we scratched our heads & decided on the Red Cross Shop in the Tything. We were pleased to find a parking space right outside the shop only to find it was closed - it said 9am - 5pm on the door & this was 1pm - strange.
So we carried on into Barbourne & found an Age Concern shop, again we managed to park right outside, they were open & accepting donations so we emptied the car into their shop.
Back to J’s to load my car with boxes of ornaments, etc to bring home into some of the space I’ve been busy making.
