If only I’d read the instructions for cleaning, curing and seasoning etc... before I bought it. Finally up to the seasoning stage: garlic, cumin seeds, whole coriander and coarse salt ground into a paste, spread over the inner surface and left for 12 hours, then washed and left to air dry.
