Beast ...........

 ........... of a hand, beast of a pain and the cause of much frustration!!!

Never has my generally 'normal-looking' hand looked so horrible ....... horrible colour, horrible temporary (I hope) finger deformity and horrible pain.   (Please excuse the grubby fingernails, was gardening before I tripped and now I can't clean them - grrrrrr)

I called it a beast after the beauty of the rose for Saturday  -  beauty and the beast.

I'm now two days behind with uploading - you'll maybe notice that my recent photos are with my phone, can't even manage the little camera at the moment.   :o(

Waiting for a call from the hospital re. surgery - hopefully soon.
