An Abundance Of Basil

The basil plants that I bought at the beginning of July are really thriving - now I need to find ways to use it up before it goes to waste. Pesto and pasta dishes should work well. There are four different varieties, including purple basil and Thai basil, so plenty of scope for experimenting.
