Tuesday 19th August, 2025...

3:45am alarm... My left knee is actually feeling worse today than yesterday, maybe I was on my feet too much yesterday...
Ruben did a Hill training session with the Bush Turkey's club this morning, they usually do coffee afterwards but there's no coffee places near the hills, so I drove over to Sandgate to catch up with the Moreton Bay Road Runners Club and have coffee from Madmacs Coffee van that comes at 6am... This was the only colour in the morning, we didn't see the Sun at all today... Possibly won't see it tomorrow either...
I'm staying in bed longer in the morning since I don't have a GP appointment...
