Notes: Woke early after sleeping pretty well. Did some movement before heading over 8a to the nearby (< block) pickleball courts. Met the group there that plays MWF - was great! Back ~10a, shower and had coffee and a beef sausage before jumping on the 11a start of the AI Zoom training. There were lots of breaks and chunks of just doing exercises in the seminar - overall it finished just before 5p and I went a bit past doing the last exercise in ChatGPT. Relaxing evening, listened to a podcast on telepathy in non-verbal kids and then Michelle called after her Open Play and we chatted 730p for 1/2 hr. I was tired, watched a bit of pre-season football and went to bed early.
