Cracked drainpipe

Road walk for the dogs this morning as we were back late last night and it’s going to be a hot day. Worked from home and noticed some water on the patio when we got back from the dog walk, looking up there is a large crack in the drainpipe from upstairs. Managed to message upstairs about it and we are all going to try and find someone to fix it. Checked all the rat traps and another block had been taken but none of the traps had been triggered, set another block to replace the one they took. Had a walk up to St Andrews square in the evening an got an early night.
