Going Nowhere

Unlike the bus Pass Walkers these barges weren’t going anywhere along the part of the canal we walked -  given lack of rainfall stretches of it are closed due to low water levels - vegetation is now sprouting up in it - a sight I’ve not seen before

Three buses caught - two refreshments stops - other sights in - extra - verge cutting and tree trimming on bypass - an Airbnb barge - as well as another one going nowhere soon - and an enormous example of fungi - which made myself and Yorkshirebred immediately think of madwill  - a fellow blipper and fun guy we’ve had the privilege of meeting  - who finds the most amazing fungus
