Sinking feeling

Either;
a) Someone big boned regularly favours the right hand side.
b) it was installed by someone who favours the ‘arm on back of bench & slide’ move on a first date.
c) the council gave the contract to the lowest bid again.

Anyway, it’s a nicer location than my photo might lead you to believe.
