Marcy

I went down to the Quays with Jenny and Anne Marie. They swam the course and I floated about. I stayed vertical rather than horizontal and it wasn’t particularly comfortable or easy but it was lovely to get in the water and feel normal again. I did need a helping hand getting up the ramp though.

Penny went into hospital early this morning. I saw her and James leaving from next door at about 6am. She had a section and Marcy Elizabeth Celia was born just after 4pm. Penny sent me the pic this evening.
