Where There is Life….

A morning with the Grumpy Club today in the Hub at Ochiltree, and the obligatory bacon roll.

In the afternoon it was off to Ayrshire Cancer Support Drop-in for a coffee and some chat. It’s such a super place to visit and lots of hope vibing around the building, sometimes in pretty dire circumstances. Hence the blip of a coffee table in the Centre.

I did an interview with them , explaining my diagnosis and my reaction, and my determination to raise some money by walking a fair distance in the coming weeks.

Keeping on keeping on because without hope we are finished.
