First Aid.....

On arriving home after my course all weekend I was able to put my new First Aid skills to the test! After following the bird poo dotted about the house ( delightful!) I found this swallow tucked down beside some jeans in my bedroom. So caught it, blipped it and then safely released back into the gorgeous evening sun. So great to watch it fly off.....

Not sure it was quite the First Aid my instructors had in mind!
