Lunch

Had an telephone appointment with the nurse booked in for anytime between 8.30 am and 1.00pm which eventually happened at 2.30pm. Usual cholesterol conversation that takes place every year. Had an A4 page of points and questions I wanted to go through before discussing any medication. In the end we decided it would be best to have a fasting blood test to get an accurate indication of what needs dealing with before just guessing at what might help. 

In the meantime we had a morning of tidying the nursery before an Em and Clara visit. Clara is into everything and kept everyone fully occupied until it was time for her sleep. Em managed a bit of sleep after a very bad night while Helen kept an eye on Clara.
