3000 Blips

I thought I would have a special blip for my special blip day. This is the final picture that is going into the Sedbergh Art Society Art show that runs Thursday to August bank Holiday Monday.  So I didn’t finish it until late Tuesday 19th so I’m in another series of back blips. On the 16th I painted and prepped frames etc for the show.
This painting is called Autumn Leaves and is a bit like one by Tom Thompson, a Canadian who painted over 100 years ago. I liked the bright colours so created my own version but different ( it’s a different medium, a different size and the leaves are all different!, and sadly for me, his is much better. But I had fun doing it.
