This morning I removed the tie-downs for the roof racks so as to fit the 7 foot height restriction in the hospital parking garage. 

Today I'll go to town, fill up the gas tank, buy stamps, look for a 7/8 inch cane tip for the walking stick E-man made for his mother, and find grape juice that is not "sugar free". 

I will try to make it to my guitar lesson but I'm not really feeling it. 

I'm reading a book about the battle of "The Wilderness" during the American Civil War. A horrific event. It is telling that human behavior remains so dominated by anger, stubbornness, and false narratives.

A warm shower cleansed some of my anxiety.
