The train is in the station…

The train from Petersfield was of course delayed and so I had a white knuckle race to Kings X knowing that if I had to go on a train without seat I could be doomed to stand all the way.   But what to do? Lunch or seat?  I achieved both and landed on the train 30 seconds before it departed.  Peaceful journey although as it was a busy train I couldn’t focus on much, despite my AirPods.  Caught up with some readings and emails… 

And arrived at Edinburgh in unexpected golden light and walked dragging suitcase over to Christopher and Sarah’s.  So good not to be staying in a hotel - thank you @xtoph1!  Delicious supper cooked by Sarah and a great evening.
