Stones
It’s been a cooler grey day. I enjoyed the morning Zumba class and then met up with a friend for a coffee and chat. While I was there I received a phone call to say that some data had been found on my hard drive and I asked them to retrieve the data for me. There is no guarantee that it’s all there but it’s looking promising.
After a good catch up we both returned home. It was raining as we left and it became heavier by the time I got back. My husband had left a note to say he had gone for a walk so l got back in the car to see if I could find him. He was easily spotted and willingly took the lift home although he said it was quite refreshing. The rain didn’t last that long though.
In the afternoon I decided to finally plant the leeks out on the allotment. It wasn’t too hot and the soil was a little wet but it was really only on the surface. It took awhile but was eventually all done. The last of the planting now done. I picked a few tomatoes and raspberries as well.
Today’s blip is of some pebbles in our garden with patterns made by various lichens on the surface. For tiny Tuesday with its theme of rocks and stones.
