The Lonely Sunflower

It was almost a bit chilly at times today, but I'm not complaining after the heatwave we've had, especially as I was walking with H in the Glaven Valley.  This lonely sunflower was only one of about 3 in a very large field all on their own.

We stopped at Natural Surroundings and enjoyed a coffee in their pretty garden.  We noticed that the apple trees there were very heavily laden with fruit and a little flock of blue tits were flitting back and forth amongst the apples.

A very pleasant walk indeed.
