In the thick of things

An early morning walk, and I spotted two of the horses enjoying their breakfast. I liked the face of the other horse in the extra.
I'm posting early today. Renata, Krista and Kalyn will arrive this afternoon for a short visit, the only time the three of them could work out a couple of days to come together. They leave just after noon on Friday. Unfortunately, I have an ultrasound that was originally scheduled for yesterday now scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. We'll work around it. The ultrasound was requested by my doctor in February 2024, about time I'm having it done.
Of course the girls want to go to Auntie Pesto's for dinner one night. Coincidentally, it's our anniversary today, so tonight's the night. We likely wouldn't have planned to go out for dinner if the girls weren't here! We celebrate the night of our first date and always remember that, but we rarely remember our wedding anniversary.  :-)
So looking forward to time with our three "girls".
