Wednesday

Didn't get to sleep until around 3 am so woke late morning.  I knew right away it wasn't going to be a good stomach day. 
I lounged on the sofa, then showered and took a walk down to the hospice cafe to drop of clothes in their clothes bank. I passed the local nursing home that closed. They knocked down the extension and have kept the  original house (probably listed). The house will be sold and in the grounds they are making 8 houses. It will change the look of the neighbourhood. 

Sat outside at the hospice with a tea and a sandwich.
