Local colour

This mural shows the name of one of the fourteen neighbourhoods in my town, each one with a different character. Sadly this is one of the less desirable, unless what you desire is a drugs deal or a mugging.
Nevertheless the town council does its best to foster a community spirit, hence this recent artwork near the shopping parade. Plenty of people are happy to live there, with its modern housing, green spaces and a lovely water garden.
