A quick blip today

The weather is a bit wet and dreary today, some effect from the hurricane. I heard they have closed all the ocean beaches (south shore) until Saturday because of 15 foot waves. 
This week there have been preparations for our annual Greek festival. I went today to set up my station. It starts tomorrow, although I won’t be able to make it until Friday as I have a retirement party to go to. 
Thank you all for all the stars and hearts on yesterday’s blip! I can’t take credit for the poem, I don’t know who the author is, but I thought it was fitting for the day.
