Fluttering & buzzing!

Wednesday 20th August 2025         

We had set off for a walk Tuesday afternoon, but it started to drizzle before we had gone far so we decided to do the supermarket shop instead!

Had another go at a wander this afternoon ...... success ..... it stayed dry!

It was rather cloudy but we did see a few brief glimpses of sunshine at times :-)

We saw quite a few birds including Swallows, House Martins, Swifts, Kestrels, a Buzzard & a Red Kite :-)

We also saw the Spitfire from the Battle of Britain Flight as it flew over us.

It was lovely to still see butterflies ~ Green-veined White & Speckled Wood ..... also blipped a bee on Bird's Foot Trefoil .... hope you like my choices.

Quite a few berries ripening ...... seems far too early!
