Afternoon treat ….

Early start - buyers surveyor booked to visit at 10am, so quick check around the house, tidy and vacuum.  Finished around 9 :30am, doorbell rang - he was early (he did ask if we minded him starting early).  Quite unnerving having some prod and poke around your home that you have lived in for 25 years, very protective.  He needed to know dates of adaptations/extensions as well as tge basic utilities etc.  He had a good look around outside first then onto inside - from loft to ground floor, ever element checked.  He was very thorough, left around 12:45pm!

After a quick lunch, took a trip to a local supermarket, stopping for a coffee.  Then on to a local window company to get some ideas about “garden rooms” that we may look at adding to our new home - doing some research.

Home, shopping away and time to chill and have an afternoon treat with a cup of tea - yummy.
