Another vey pleasant day.  

Had an e-mail from my niece and she is fine, although she says they are having some 'messy' weather, which I think is an understatement as Hurricane Erin sweeps through the Outer Banks.

Went to Tai Chi this morning, and enjoyed it, but find my arms are quite aching this afternoon.

Phoned for an appointment at our recycling centre.  It is such a nuisance, it used to be so easy just to go along on a quiet weekday and deposit stuff, but now you have to give all sorts of information on line to get an appointment.

This flower has been named by Bob, I hope he is right.
