Took M to see some local cricket today as a pre-birthday adventure. He used to play a lot, now switched to tennis which is quicker to get through and the ball is a lot softer.
I enjoyed watching the match, Sussex Sharks defeated very convincingly by Somerset. Also terrific people-watching and listening, especially as the afternoon wore on and the booze flowed…
