All the Love

I have had a somewhat grim day spent entirely on a remote call with the Help Desk. Who were supremely helpful. But what we both thought was going to take an hour, took about 6. I have also discovered, that my trusty printer is so ancient that it will no longer talk to my new laptop. This is serious. Again, more boring details.... Another long day for all the wrong reasons.
