Starlings

I love them, and love hearing their chatter.
I had a physio appointment this afternoon so got the bus to Settle. My knee had swollen up when we were on holiday last week and I thought the old problem had come back (a growth of tangled blood vessels.
The swelling was almost gone, the physio did a good examination, bending and twisting and her diagnosis was wear and tear - in other words old age!
Pah!
I came home on the next bus and set to removing Bella’s hair from the living room carpet. The vacuum doesn’t lift it all but I have a scraper for the job.  Unbelievable the pile of hair I lifted. Then I brushed her outside and got the same amount again. She’s a hairy beast!
Otherwise a quiet day and a bit of art.
