Full Sweep

We reached the state of total relax today, at last, after a good walk along the promenade of Copacabana to the Lemme end, where you see the full sweep of the bay very clearly.  We had a lovely three hours on the beach, under shade and well sun-cream protected, interacting with folk around us whether they were selling food, drink or beach essentials like sun tan cream and sunglasses, or asking us to safeguard their things as they went in for a swim, as with the boy central frame!

Lunch at a fish restaurant called Shirley, one street back from the front on Rua Gustavo Sampaio, 610, which we have passed several times over the years but never at a time we were ready to eat!

Home, now, for a rest and some
blipping catch up, before, no doubt, some Yahtzee out around the block!
