I was overcoming inner fears about recent blood test results.

I walked to our doctor's in the afternoon.

The Blood Pressure has consistently got lower but is still on the high side.

I will continue to take the prescribed medicine and after 2 weeks write down my daily morning and later in the day Blood pressure levels.

I also need to take Statins again as the cholesterol level is raised.

Thankful for the excellent nurse who gave me an excellent summary of my progress and a good way to cope.

Jasper visited. Hunter and Holly are well.

I am watching Villages by the Sea, in Bamburgh.
