Glowing

A macro shot of our one remaining cocosmia flower in the early evening light produces a fiery glow, like molten lava. Adding a few Distressed FX touches and it’s my abstract for today. 

It’s another day of pre-trip organising, and somehow I manage to fit in selecting and mounting two prints for our camera club’s Open Day next month - part of the 80th anniversary celebrations. I won’t be here of course, but I deliver them to another member who will see they get to the right place! 

I can’t believe how long everything takes me and by evening I’m exhausted - really feeling I’ve done too much. Still, at least I’m nearly there …..
