Magnolias

Relay (USA, 2024) this afternoon at the Dendy, a quiet one at Kelly’s and a walk home in the rain. A purple star magnolia I had my eye on earlier in the week hadn’t survived the wet, but this more conventional one had.

And the book I ordered last week has arrived. Not unrelatedly, I noticed a new category at the front of the store, Damp English Men.
