Road not taken

The Capitol Ring route , which circles London, passes through Richmond Park. We started to walk the Ring in August 2014 but abandoned it after a few stages. That happens sometimes … the extra shows a page from my walk record.
I had a good physio appointment yesterday and feel encouraged.
