Friends

A day on the go.
Cardiologist first thing in the morning to talk about the right medication for my problems. Nice lady - although I had been expecting to see a male doctor all the way. Maybe because there is no female form for the word cardiologist?
Then the lunch with the ladies - I am grateful to be surrounded by so many friendly faces here. I don’t take it for granted to have found new friends after moving here so late in life.

The afternoon brought a wonderful massage and a much needed nap. Just for Charente: the tuna tarte was a huge success!
