The plan today was for a late breakfast and a leisurely stroll by the beach. This was derailed a bit by our water supply being turned off without warning, meaning neither of us could shower, or work our way through the monstrous pile of dishes that had piled up in the kitchen. Only ourselves to blame, I suppose.

Anyhow, a pleasant enough afternoon followed by a small bout of code-wrangling after tea (I broke my unwritten rule of no computers at the weekend, but nevermind). When I look at this objectively, I do sometimes wonder why my brain enjoys it so much :s
