A quick ice cream!

Today I went into Belfast; it was much busier than I had seen for a very long time.  Lots of tourists walking about in groups - there must be a cruise ship in!  However I did not take many photographs and the ones I did take were not inspiring me, so home again in the bus.  Arriving I in the village I got off the bus at the square and being tired went into the cafe for an ice cream - as you do.  This provided the opportunity for this image, artificial and ambient light, shadow areas and a little detail coming through.  It offered more atmosphere and feeling than my trip to Belfast.

In photography you just go with your gut feeling!
