making:  a tuna and salmon fish pie with peas, spinach & dill - have yet to mash the potatoes to go on top.

silly me, had a fall just now with my stick in the wrong hand :-/
luckily Daisy and TKM were able to heave me up  -  no damage done as i fell on to the pile of outdoor cushions!
