Happy Days

Warm morning lap in skins followed by lots of cake & Coffee and 'awards' to celebrate a loads of swimming by many in the group. 
I then sat on a kayak for a couple of hours to accompany a friend doing a longer swim. The conditions were perfect. The seal was enjoying the company, I saw plenty of him. 
A beach visit with my visitors. 
An important meeting. 
A nap. 
Another warm lap, this time incorporating a visit to two of the caves, one with a blowhole, and a deeper one with a pitch black blind spot. 
I'm trying to take advantage of the warm water and absence of jellyfish.
