Shabby , chic ?

This sign has been bugging me for nearly a year,
I love that it is kind of old but the housing area
in which it stands is really quite smart .

my 500th blip , but just about as memorable as the
rest of my blips this month as in the old school reports
"could have done better" !
Or in my case , the one on chemistry -
"this subject completely passes her by " !

Ho hum we can't all be good at all things can we ?
