Honeyed garlic

Last year I read about fermenting garlic in honey, and I gave it a try. It was a great success and I have enjoyed both the garlic cloves and the honey.

I made new batch tonight and it was interesting to see the colour difference. Hopefully the mature one will last until the new batch is ready.
