Firefighter pepper paste
Several years ago I made a fermented pepper paste and could not eat it! And I’m a hot pepper eater! Trey ( one of the men who grew up here) loved it so I make a beep every year. He is a federal firefighter so that’s what I call it. :—) this one has Tabasco, cayenne, jalapeno, poblano, and sweet banana peppers and garlic. The only other ingredient is salt. Chop, blend, pack, seal and set on the shelf. It may age until November. . Be blessed
