False start

We had actually planned to go rowing and arrived at the boathouse by the lake shortly before sunrise (hence the somewhat dark image with high ISO). What we hadn't anticipated was that, due to the record-breaking rainfall this week, the small stream had washed up a whole new delta. Where we normally launch our skiffs from the shore, there is currently a muddy mess. Because we suspect that there are also larger pieces of wood floating in the lake that could damage the boat, we decided to call it off and cycle back home. Maybe yoga with India this morning after all.
