Here we are in Manchester, I'm singing at Cruz 101 at 2.15 am.

Lovely Rachael is having the boys for a sleepover in Wimbledon with the help of James and Alan, they've all been bowling! Zebedee's Instagrams look like they're having a ball.

We had a lovely dinner at the hotel which is where I took the photo of Max who has the Mohawk back, Zebedee did it for him today.

Then I had a soundcheck at the club, going for the in ear monitor option tonight!
