Hard ball transition

A quick update on my sisters missing cat, Buzz.  My sister was sleeping downstairs with the window open and a camera on outside.  Early hours on Thursday she was woken by the camera alert and the sound of miaowing and he was home.  He had many small sores on his neck and face and was very hungry and thirsty.  She took him to the vets and the vet said the small sore looked like they were actually insect bites or an allergic reaction, so we suspect he was trapped by the lake perhaps and got bitten several times but the mozzies.  Thank goodness he is home.  She is looking into tracker collars for him now.


The eldest attended a hard ball transition session at cricket in the evening.  She has been playing softball until now.  She is moving up to under 11s and this is when then transition to hard ball.  She absolutely loved it.  I'm so glad she has found something that she enjoys.
