The Fair is Back in Town

The local playing fields play host to the Pat Collins Fun Fair, three or four times per year. Pat Collins has a strong association with the area. He was born in the mid 19th century, became a local councillor, mayor and M.P. In 1922. His legacy is with the fair that still bears his name.
