Severn Bridge Parkrun

This is me 100 metres from the end of the Severn Bridge Parkrun. I almost didn’t take part due to an unplanned pizza and red wine Friday night occurrence but I’m so glad I did it.

Parkrun’s are lovely, life affirming events run entirely by volunteers and marvellously inclusive.

My son took this having finished a good 8 minutes earlier!
